Reception areas
The modern house has been designed like a traditional Scottish Longhouse so in an L shape with only one bedroom upstairs. One side of the L has 4 bedrooms off it, the other the reception areas – open plan living room, dining room and kitchen, a small laundry room and the main lobby, boasting double height ceiling and surrounded by glass patio doors. Heated by underfloor heating and a wood burning stove in the living room area.
The beautiful part of the reception areas is the light and airy space and glass patio doors on both sides of the dining room. Whilst dining it is simply breath-taking to watch the sunset over the forest on one side, while it reflects off the water in Lochindaal and the Mull of Oa on the other side.
The decking runs along both sides of the L and the hot tub is built into the deck. It is hot and ready to go whenever you are. Complimentary An Linnean robes and slippers are provided for your convenience.
Bedrooms
Both the Super King and the King Size bedrooms have en-suite facilities whilst the family bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower serves the other two bedrooms.
The master bedroom, in beautiful Laura Ashley eau-de-nil green is complimented by the en-suite in neutral marble tiles with Jacuzzi bath, rain shower head, and dual sinks.
